Returns and Exchanges
We are confident that you will enjoy the Neurolign USA LLC Product. However, according to our Return Policy, if you are not completely satisfied with your NeurolignFit™, you are entitled to return your NeurolignFit™ and receive a refund subject to compliance with this section.
To be eligible for a return and refund, (i) you must notify us in writing sent by email to email@example.com if your wish to cancel your purchase and return the Product, within 30 days of date the Product was delivered to you or to your address, as documented by the applicable shipping and delivery agent, together with a receipt or other proof of purchase, (ii) you must return the product to the Neurolign USA LLC address at your own cost within 30 days of your written notice of return, and (iii) your item must be returned to Neurolign USA LLC in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all materials that came in the packaging including the straps and charging cable. Once the above has been completed, Neurolign USA LLC will provide a refund to you of the price paid for the Product. In any event shipping costs borne by User for Products which have already been shipped to User, will not be reimbursed or refunded. It is recommended that any Products sent to Neurolign USA LLC in connection with a refund request be sent via trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance is purchased to ensure the returned Product is not lost during delivery to Neurolign USA LLC. By sending the Product pursuant to a return and refund request, you agree to transfer ownership of that Product to Neurolign USA LLC. We do our best to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. If you are entitled to a refund in accordance with the above, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
